At Omni Therapy Supply, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet the needs of health and wellness professionals. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the following policy:
Warranty Coverage
If a part becomes worn out, broken, or does not perform as it’s supposed to, we will back you up with our lifetime warranty. We will gladly send you a replacement part at no cost, rather than requiring a full return.
Return Eligibility
30-Day Window – You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, customers must complete the required Return & Feedback Form.
Condition –
Please return the cradle in like-new condition with all parts included.
Normal assembly (such as using glue on screws, as shown in our video) does not count as damage or alteration.
Any complimentary gift, such as the ErgoComfort Cushion, must also be returned.
Disassembly –
The cradle must be fully disassembled, with all components placed back into the box as
Failure to return the product properly disassembled and packaged may result in additional restocking fees
Restocking Fee – A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
Shipping –

Email us your return tracking number at [email protected] so we can monitor the shipment.
Refunds – Once inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days. Shipping and restocking fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items –
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged
Customized or special-order items are not eligible for return.
Returns that arrive damaged, missing components, or heavily altered may not qualify for a refund.
