What is a Myofascial Decompression Matrix?
Muscles and fascia can become too tight (hypertonic) or too loose (hypotonic), causing
pain and dysfunction. The FasciaBuddy Squared cups help relieve these issues by
creating decompression zones that promote circulation, nerve activation, and fluid
movement. When placed side by side, FasciaBuddy Squared cups expand the
decompression zone, engaging all tissues within the matrix. The square design ensures
full coverage without gaps, making treatment more effective.
An All-In-One Tool for Dynamic Moving Cupping
The shape of the square cup can be utilized in different ways to maximize treatments.
• Use the straight edge of the cup to scrape over lubricated tissues for a gua sha
like effect.
• With a simple 45 degree turn of the cup, the rounded corner acts like a deep
tissue mobilization tool when tipped down and into the tissues.
The exciting feature of moving cupping with these two edge options is that trailing edge of the cup is lifting and flushing the tissues while the front edge of the cup is
compressing and breaking up restrictions and adhesions. A two for one, yin yang
benefit!

Extension Sets
These extension sets are intended to be add-ons for the Fascia Buddy Square Cup set
of 20 cups. By adding more cups of particular sizes, you will be able to create larger
matrices for more complex treatments.
Each size is sold separately in packages of 4 of the same-sized cups.
